How to Inhale/Exhale while Vaping

vaping and inhaling

In this article we’re going to talk about how to Inhale/Exhale while Vaping. If you’re a newbie vaper out there or you’re thinking about quitting smoking cigarettes and switching to vaping, you may want to know the differences between smoking and vaping and how you inhale and exhale differently and how it’s going to feel a little bit different because when you first start vaping it’s like an entirely different world and it’s hard for most of us that have been doing it a long time to kinda think back when we first got our first ecig which is probably like an eGo style or something like that. It’s a very different method of intaking that vapor into your mouth and lungs. So it’s hard for smokers get that same feel as they’re smoking a cigarette when they switch over to vaping.

When you smoke a cigarette you do a very hard and quick inhale and then pull it back into your lung and then let it out/exhale. When you switch to vaping you have to change your mindset and change how you pull in how you drag on your device. You have to slow it down a little bit and just let your mouth fill up with vapor. A lot of cloud chasers will just pull it directly into their lungs, but when you’re getting started with vaping you’re just going to want to do a nice slow inhale to your mouth and maybe the back of your throat. And then you can either pull it into your lungs and then exhale or just pull it into the back to your throat and let it out from there. You still get the nicotine because it’s going to absorb in your mouth as well. You can also exhale through your nose because you’re not going to get kind of that gross feeling that cigarettes get you when you exhale through your nose. It’s not going to burn if you have a good E-juice anyway. It’s going taste better too. You get like those receptacles and nerve endings in your nose and you’re going to smell and taste the E-juice flavor better as well. So a lot of new vapers that switch from smoking to vaping they’ll tend to cough a lot or try to pull the vapor so hard to get that throat thump and strong nicotine buzz because you’re just used to doing that with cigarettes. And with vaping you want kind of a slower inhale. Pull in all density of the vapor into your mouth and get an enjoyment out of it that way. Or you can do a lung inhale as you get more advanced into vaping, and a lot of like cloud chasers and people like that will do more of a lung inhale. To get a full lung inhale, you just breathe in normally kind of inflating your lungs and kind of getting the vapor in there. You don’t need to do that every time. So dragging it slower into your mouth and into the back of your throat also helps with the vapor production obviously if you’re doing a quick hard drag on your mouthpiece. This way you’re not going to get very much vapor even if you have the same device like a dripper.

You can definitely see the difference between that style of inhaling and vaping and kind of the smokers style of inhaling. So it can eliminate a lot of coughing for new vapers. I know new vapers can kind of get a lot of coughing or they feel like they’re not getting enough vapor, and they’re not satisfied. They feel like they’re not replacing smoking. But if you slow it down and especially with ego style pen kit or MVP and take a longer drag like 5 or 6 seconds experiment with it, you’ll feel it more and you’ll get more satisfying vape and you’ll be more inclined to stick with it.
So let’s try another lung inhale. So as you progress and get more and more into vaping you might want to blow more clouds and get into all that. So that’s definitely the long inhale. Just get the vapor straight into your lungs. The flavor is diminished when you do that. To do a mouth to lung vape, you just pull the vapor into your mouth and then you kind of swallow and bring it into your lungs and back out.

Hope this is helpful for you newbie vapers out there or people that are just trying vaping out and you need some tips on how to inhale because it’s very different and a lot of people that are just starting out or people that have been doing it for a ling time don’t realize that when they’re trying to help out their friends.
