I guess most of us have heard about or used the Recurve RDA by Mikevapes and Wotofo. It’s a really good single coil RDA. Three months after the release of the Recurve RDA, they present us with the Wotofo Recurve Squonk mod. It’s an unregulated device with protections and some other interesting features. Wotofo Recurve Squonk Mod Specification
The Recurve Squonk mod is 90 millimeters tall and then it’s kind of pistol grip. It’s about 27 millimeters thick and up to about a 26 millimeter RDA will look good on the mod. Over 26mm you’ll start to have a slight overhang on the edge but 25 and 24 look great. It is a mixture of zinc alloy and plastic and it has the nice rubber coating over it which feels great. The gold-plated pin is spring-loaded. Inside the battery compartment that is going to have an 18650 adapter. The bottle holds 8 ml juice and the bottle door is held on by magnets. It’s a larger mod especially for a single battery and it’s fairly heavy. It’s taller than the pulse 80 watt. It’s very ergonomic and it feels fantastic in the hand. It’s a pretty simple mod, it does not have regulated wattage or voltage but it does have protections inside and we’ve seen a few other mods like this come to market like the Wismec Luxotic mod. So it is gonna be safer for people especially newer vapors.

- The battery life with a 21700 on a single coil RDA is pretty good and you’re not going to get all day out of it you’re probably gonna go through two batteries in one day but it’s not bad.

Wotofo Recurve Squonk Mod Cons
- It’s a heavier mod especially once you get a 21700 battery in here.
- 21700 fits in but it’s a bit of a struggle to get them in.
- There’s no way to really know exactly where your battery level is at but it will flash at you once your battery’s dead.
